Return Policy

We have a fair but firm Return Policy:

  1. All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original protectors, boxing, warranty materials and accessories.
  3. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
  4. Christmas return requests will be taken up to January 15, 2017. After the authorization is granted the merchandise must be received by January 30, 2017.
  5. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of the RMA# authorization. 30 days will be granted for International orders.
  6. Non-engraved merchandise that is unclaimed or refused by the recipient is consider an "unauthorized return" and will be subject to a $10.00 re-stocking charge plus return shipping fees imposed by the carrier, as well as Custom, VAT, Duties or any other expenses incurred on international orders.

Merchandise that is not eligible for return:

  1. Merchandise that has been engraved, used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  2. Merchandise requiring repair after 15 days of receipt. (Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer/distributor)
  3. Special Orders, clearance merchandise, close-outs and discontinued items.
  4. Engraved merchandise that is unclaimed or refused from the carrier by the recipient is considered an "unauthorized return" and is not eligible for refund.
  5. It is not a defect if the battery has run down on a quartz watch or if the second hand is not perfectly aligned with the second marks. Manufacturers will oftentimes make production changes to case designs, dial and/or hand styles. Also, pocket watches may not open to a full 90% or may have slight abrasion marks where the cover closes on the body of the watch or where the chain is placed over the bow. These conditions are not considered factory defects or valid reasons for a return.
  6. It is unrealistic to expect anything man made to be perfect. Inspecting a watch under strong light will always reveal minor flaws. We do not guarantee perfection and do not consider unrealistic expectations to be valid reasons for a return.

Shipping, Customs Duty and/or VAT Taxes & Standard Procdures:

  1. Shipping, Customs Duty and/or VAT Taxes are not refundable under any condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with a return or warranty repair. Refund credit will be issued for merchandise only.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Refused or unclaimed orders will have all associated expenses deducted from the merchandise credit once returned to us by the carrier.
  3. It is not a valid reason for a return if a shipment does not arrive within an anticipated time frame. We do not have control over shipments once they are passed to the carrier and we will not be held responsible for missed shipment deadlines.
  4. Merchandise returned that does not adhere to the above conditions or without original packaging and paperwork is not eligible for return credit. Customers will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the merchandise to them.
  5. Refund credit will be issued only to the card used in the original transaction. No cash reimbursements will be made.

IMPORTANT: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days from the day the return is received.
