Ordering & Shipping


Stock Status: All merchandise shown on our website is in stock at the time of purchase. If you purchase the last unit it will then no longer appear or be marked "OUT OF STOCK". On the rare occasion that an item is unavailable when your order is processed you will be promptly notified. The item may be reordered when it comes back into stock.

Order Cancellation: Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment, email your request to us at customerservice@pocketwatchcentral.com Please include your Order Number in the Subject Line and include a brief explanation. Your request will be acknowledged as soon as possible so multiple requests are unnecessary.

IMPORTANT: An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped or if it is a Custom or Special Order. Special Order items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to current availability.

Online Orders:

Orders are placed online through our secure shopping cart. You may Check Out with or without setting up an account. An account will give you access to your Order History, you can View/Print current or previous orders, check the current Order Status, get Tracking# information and manage Alternate Shipping Addresses.

Telephone Orders:

Due to PCI regulations we cannot accept telephone orders since we are not allowed access to your credit card information. All orders must be placed online and be processed through our online payment gateway.

Payment Method:

Credit/Debit Card: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will need to know your card type, the card number, 3-4 digit security code, expiration date, and the exact name and billing address on the card. This will be validated to reduce errors, fraud and charge backs. Address verification will also be checked. We use the PayPal Payments Advanced real-time automatic payment gateway, so payments will either be immediately authorized or declined.  

Credit/Debit card/PayPal is the only form of payment we accept. We do not accept gift cards, checks, money orders or bank/wire transfers.




There are various shipping options by either the United States Postal Service or UPS (United Parcel Service) from which to choose at Check Out. Free Domestic USA shipping available for product subtotals of $75 and up by either USPS First Class Mail/Parcel Select. APO/FPO/DPO orders must be sent by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail service and will take longer to deliver than domestic shipments in the Continental USA. UPS Next Day shipping is just an option and not necessarily a guarantee of receiving an order the next business day. Some items are drop-shipped directly from suppliers by their preferred method. Most items will ship the same day or next business day. Special orders may take 5-7 business days. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery. Orders ship on business days only.

Shipping is automatically calculated by the Shopping Cart based on the destination, shipping option chosen, weight and value of the merchandise in the cart. To see real-time shipping options and rates prior to Check Out, add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart and then click the "Get Shipping Quote" link in the My Cart panel from the left menu. If your country does not appear in the country drop-down list we do not deliver to that country, so you will not be able to Check Out. If we do not ship to your area you may want to consider a 3rd party re-shipper. Details are found at the end of this page.

INSURANCE: Orders over $200.00 value are insured and will usually require a signature.

USPS (Post Office) will make only 1 attempted delivery on packages, so if no one is there to sign for it, a notice will be left and the customer will have to go to their local Post Office to pick it up. Express Mail is held for 5 days and all other mail service is held for 15 days before being returned to us as "unclaimed". If a package is returned to us "unclaimed", re-shipping charges will apply.

UPS has similar policies regarding "non-deliverable" shipments.

Recommendation: The best alternative, if no one is home to receive and sign for an insured package, is to have it shipped to you c/o your place of business.

NOTE: Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and the day an order ships are not counted as Business Days, so a Next Business Day order shipped on a Friday will typically arrive on Monday. Next business day shipping cannot be guaranteed on orders that are received after 2:00pm CT. Not all areas of Alaska and Hawaii will have guaranteed UPS Next Day delivery.

Peak Season Guarantees for the Christmas Holiday Schedule: The guaranteed delivery for all UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select is suspended for shipments on 22nd and 23rd.




All prices on our website are in US dollars. Currency conversion will be made by your card provider when the transaction posts to your account. We only ship internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Singapore, Japan, Israel and a handful of US Territories.

We will NO LONGER ship to any EU country since they will charge the end customer outrageous customs and duties (which the customer refuses to pay) and generally the package gets returned to me.(Not all international shipping options will be available to all countries.)

IMPORTANT: Estimated international shipping time for First-Class Mail, Priority Mail & Express Mail International does not include international transit time or Customs clearance. After Customs clearance the shipment will be transferred to your country's postal mail system for local delivery. Customs Fees may be collected at time of delivery.

SPECIAL NOTE: During the Christmas Holiday season, international shipments will take longer than normal. We make no promises or give no guarantees of timely delivery during this time of the year.


Watches are classified as jewelry and as such are considered luxury items. Customs and duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the receiver.

You don't have to be a business person to be an importer:

As Internet shopping becomes more popular, what is often not understood is that as soon as you hit the return key to purchase a product from another country, effectively you become an importer and become liable for Duty and VAT payments.

It's not always about the purchasing!

If you purchase merchandise or someone sends you a gift from abroad, you will be obligated to pay the Duty and Import VAT (if applicable).

The bottom line is...

If you are receiving a shipment, you need to know that there could be Duties that may be collected before the shipment can be released.


If we do not ship to your country you may consider a 3rd party re-shipping service. There are several companies that will accept receipt of packages in your name and re-ship them directly to you. You must set-up an account and make the necessary re-shipping arrangements with them prior to placing an order on our website. You can then use the US domestic billing/shipping address assigned to you on our Checkout page. We will ship your purchase to this address. You will be responsible for the re-shipping charges and insurance to your destination plus any duties/taxes imposed by your country.

As a Bongo member you will receive both an American and European address. This will enable you to shop at any US and EU websites, purchase products, and have them shipped to your Bongo address. Within 4 hours of receipt to our facility, Bongo will provide a detailed list of all items in the shipment within your account. This includes a PDF of the invoice and images of each item. Many members consolidate multiple purchases as it is an efficient way to reduce the international shipping expense. When you submit an order our team will prepare your shipment for international transit with a focus on packing quality and accurate customs documentation. Delivery is typically made within 1-5 days, depending on your location.
