Mechanical Pocket Watches:

To wind the watch turn the crown in the clockwise direction 30-60 half turns (DO NOT OVER WIND). Pull the crown out to set the time, then push the crown back down into the normal operating position.

Mechanical pocket watches typically have an accuracy of +/- 60 seconds within a 24 hour period, so the watch should be fully wound and the time reset daily. If the watch is wound only, the time could be off by several minutes within a few days.

CHARLES-HUBERT CLASSIC LIFETIME WARRANTY

Your Charles-Hubert, Paris watch has a lifetime warranty for the movement and one year against manufacturing defects to the original owner from date of purchase. Physical damages to the case, band, crystal, stem, crown or tampering/abuse of the watch are excluded from the warranty. Parts subject to wear and tear (battery, leather strap, chain, hinge, lock) will not be covered.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the watch.
